-> How long does it take from my enquiry until I receive my quotation?
We aim to return your quotation within 2-3 working days. Please ensure you provide us with as much information as possible in order for us to provide the best price.
-> How much does a virtual tour cost?
After you have provided us with approximate dimensions or in-depth description of your property and decided on the package for your tour, we will be able to provide a quotation by email for you. Essentially, the larger the space the more expensive it will be be. Take a look at the pricing page for more information.
-> How do I upload my virtual tour to my website?
The Infinity team will send over all the information for you to upload your tour to your website. We will happily guide you through the process.
-> Can I have multiple floors within my tour?
Yes, we can scan all indoor areas on multiple floors.
-> Can you scan outside areas?
The technology works on infrared light, so when the sun is shining brightly the capture does not work. If you would like outdoor scans, the tour will need to done at low light (cloudy day, sunrise or sunset). Alternatively we can take 360 degree panoramic shots. They can be added to the tour as still images, but wont be part of the tour itself.
-> How do you send over my virtual tour?
We will send over a link for your tour, which you can then share where ever you would like. If you are adding to your website we will send over the information that your website platform will require.
-> Can my customers view my tour in Virtual Reality?
Yes, this fantastic feature allows anyone with the link to your tour to view virtually.
-> Can I view my virtual tour on my Ipad?
Yes, tours can be viewed on all devices, including Ipads, Phones, Laptops and Virtual Reality Headsets.
-> Where are you based?
Infinity 3D Tours are based in Baldock, Hertfordshire. We carry out virtual tours within Hertfordshire and neighbouring counties. For virtual tours outside of these areas, additional fees for fuel and travelling will be added.
-> How long does it take to scan my property?
The time it takes to scan the property largely depends on the size of the space. The larger the space or intricacy of layout will determine how long it takes to capture. On average, a regular sized house takes 1-2 hours. Medium sized venues such as offices and leisure centres take 3-4 hours and large venues 5+ hours.
-> What is the turnaround time for creating my tour?
The Infinity team always work to the best of their ability and aim to return your tour within 7 days, this does depend on availability and the type of package that you chose. The team will discuss turnaround times at the quotation stage and will keep you updated at every step throughout the project.
